We met David back in March 2017 during our short stay in Halifax, in order to visit around and decide if Nova Scotia was going to become our new home. David was the best host a couple of “Come From Away”s could have hoped for. He was not only our REALTOR®, but a tour guide as well. He has so much knowledge on every topic you throw his way, it made us very comfortable in our decision to move our lives to Halifax after a couple of days of visiting not only properties for sale, but also different neighbourhoods and areas of HRM.
When we officially moved in May 2017, he was ready with a list of properties to visit, one of which we ended up purchasing, thanks to him and his knowledge on what our needs would/should be.

We used David Yetman as our REALTOR® to sell our old property (which we had tried to sell privately) and buy our new home.
David proved to have expert market knowledge, giving us some great tips on what was needed to sell our home. As a result the property sold quickly and only just under the asking price.
